Question 1

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance to secure your date. However, we're currently fully booked for over 200 dates this year, so the earlier you book, the better! We do occasionally have last-minute availability, so it's always worth checking.

Question 2

What if my wedding date isn't available?

Accepted Answer

If your preferred date is already booked, we can add you to our priority waitlist in case of cancellations. We also recommend checking our available dates for the weeks surrounding your wedding.

Question 3

How many cameras should I get?

Accepted Answer

Most couples choose 4-6 cameras. We recommend 1 camera per 20-30 guests. For a 100-person wedding, 4-5 cameras work perfectly. More cameras = more perspectives and moments captured!

Question 4

My friends aren't videographers — will this look good?

Accepted Answer

Yes! That's the beauty of it. Our 4K cameras do all the hard work - they automatically handle focus, exposure, and stabilization. Your friends just point and press record. Plus, authentic, unscripted moments often look more genuine than perfectly staged shots. We've had over 250 weddings filmed this way, and couples love the results!

Question 5

What if my guests are camera-shy or nervous about filming?

Accepted Answer

We provide simple instruction cards with each camera showing exactly what to do. Most guests find it fun and get excited to be part of creating your wedding video! Choose your most enthusiastic friends first - their energy is contagious. You can also assign 'confident' guests to help the more nervous ones.

Question 6

Won't the footage be shaky or blurry?

Accepted Answer

Our DJI Action 4 cameras have professional-grade stabilization built in. Even if someone's hand shakes, the camera smooths it out. Plus, a bit of movement adds to the authentic, documentary feel - it's much more engaging than static, tripod shots!

Question 7

Do guests need any training or experience?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! If they can take a photo on their phone, they can use our cameras. It's literally one button to record. We include printed instructions, but honestly, most guests figure it out in seconds. Many tell us it was the most fun they've had at a wedding!

Question 8

Are the cameras easy to use?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! They're designed to be foolproof. Just press the big red button to start recording, press again to stop. We pre-configure all settings, so your guests don't need to worry about anything technical. Even grandparents love using them!

Question 9

What if a camera breaks or gets lost?

Accepted Answer

All cameras are insured. Minor wear and tear is expected and covered. If a camera is damaged beyond normal use or lost, there's a replacement fee (we'll provide full details in your booking confirmation). In 200+ weddings, we've only had 2 incidents!

Question 10

How long does the battery last?

Accepted Answer

The batteries last 5-6 hours easily on a single charge - more than enough to capture your entire wedding day from ceremony to last dance! Plus, the memory cards have plenty of storage to record all day long without running out of space.

Question 11

Can the cameras get wet?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our cameras are waterproof and can handle rain, splashes, and even being dropped in a puddle. Perfect for outdoor weddings or pool parties!

Question 12

When will the cameras arrive?

Accepted Answer

Cameras are shipped to arrive 2 days before your wedding date. We use tracked delivery so you'll know exactly when they're arriving. Everything comes in one box with clear instructions.

Question 13

What's included in the box?

Accepted Answer

Each package includes: the cameras, spare batteries, memory cards, charging cables, guest instruction cards, and pre-paid return packaging. Everything you need!

Question 14

How do I return the cameras?

Accepted Answer

Super easy! Just put everything back in the box, stick on the prepaid return label (included), and drop it at any post office. We cover all return shipping costs. Return within 2 days after your wedding.

Question 15

What if I can't return them on time?

Accepted Answer

We need the cameras back within 2 days after your wedding so we can prepare them for the next couple. If you need an extra day, just contact us and we'll try to accommodate. Late returns may incur a small fee (£10/day) as it affects other bookings.

Question 16

Can I keep the raw footage?

Accepted Answer

Yes! With our 'DIY Package' you receive all raw footage via download link within 7 days of returning the cameras. You can edit it yourself or hire your own editor.

Question 17

How long does professional editing take?

Accepted Answer

Our professional editing service takes 4-6 weeks. You'll receive a cinematic highlight film (8-12 minutes) plus a full ceremony edit. Rush editing (2 weeks) is available for an additional fee.

Question 18

Can I request specific songs or edits?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! With the professional editing package, you'll have a chance to request specific songs, moments to highlight, and style preferences. We do one round of revisions included.

Question 19

How is the footage delivered?

Accepted Answer

All footage is delivered online via secure download link for you to download and keep forever.

Question 20

What's the difference between packages?

Accepted Answer

Our DIY Package gives you the cameras and raw footage—you do your own editing. Our Professional Package includes the cameras PLUS a cinematic wedding film edited by our team. Both include free shipping both ways!

Question 21

Are there any hidden fees?

Accepted Answer

Nope! The price you see is the price you pay. Shipping both ways is free. The only potential extra costs would be late return fees or damage/loss fees (which rarely happen).

Question 22

Do you offer payment plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining 50% due 2 weeks before your wedding. Contact us for custom payment arrangements.

Question 23

Can I add more cameras later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, subject to availability! Additional cameras are £80 each. Just contact us before your wedding date.

Question 24

What quality are the videos?

Accepted Answer

All cameras record in 4K resolution at 60fps. That's cinema-quality footage! The files are large but we provide everything needed to download and store them.

Question 25

How much footage will I get?

Accepted Answer

It varies! Most couples get 3-8 hours of footage total across all cameras. Your guests will capture speeches, dancing, candid moments, and everything in between.

Question 26

Can I see a sample of raw footage?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Contact us and we'll send you a sample clip so you can see the quality before booking.
